All chocolates have labels highlighting relevant allergen information. The following ones are the main ones of concern in these products:-
NUTS/PEANUTS: Chocolates are made in a kitchen without nuts being present but I cannot guarantee a completely nut free environment. Where nuts are used in the chocolates, these varieties are made after all others are complete to minimise cross-contamination.
GLUTEN: Chocolates do not contain ingredients with gluten in.
MILK: all chocolates contain milk and some contain cream.
EGG: Some may contain egg - limoncello does for example.
SOYA: Soya lecithin is present in all chocolates.
The chocolates I make are suitable for Vegetarians but not currently for Vegans.
